IM401 Introduction to Agroinformatics
DESCRIPTION
This unit analyses the use of information technology in the collection, management, and analysis of agricultural data. The unit aims to apprise students of diverse application of information technology, including artificial intelligence, eCommerce, eBusiness, decision support systems, expert system, geographic information system, information system related to agriculture. The unit also aims to provide the students an understanding of innovations and information about potential disruptive technologies in these fields.
