Jenny Stewart is Professor Emeritus at Griffith University. From 2005 to 2016, she was Professor of Accounting in the Griffith Business School, holding roles of Deputy Head of Department and Discipline Head for Accounting. Jenny has more than 40 years’ experience in academia and has worked in universities in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. She has over 90 publications and more than 60 conference presentations. From 2006 to 2013, she was Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Auditing and she has served on the editorial boards of several top-tiered journals. She has been successful in obtaining external grant income from the ARC as well as from professional bodies in accounting and finance. Since her retirement from Griffith in 2016, she has worked with private higher education providers, serving on Course Advisory Committees, Academic and Governing Boards, and acting as an external reviewer for TEQSA course applications. She is also actively engaged in research coaching and mentoring.
