MG101 Management

DESCRIPTION

This unit introduces students to the planning, decision making and structure of management within organisations with emphasis on organisation structure. The unit also aims to develop student’s skill in critically analysing the challenges in business and to provide relevant tools to assist with management roles. Primarily the unit deals with entrepreneurship, change management and human resource management. Exposure to these tools develops analytical and problems solving skills enhanced through the solution of practical problems and case studies.
