MG401 Leadership in Agribusiness
DESCRIPTION
This unit provides students with a broad understanding of theories of leadership and their application in the context of agribusiness. It helps to build on students’ new knowledge, insights and understanding thereby assisting them to improve their ability to lead prudently and make a difference in the workplace, focusing on issues such as power and influence, leading teams, diversity, ethics, leading under crisis, and leadership development. Various models of leadership are considered including emerging views of leadership to address complexity and sustainability.
